At I Prompt Solution, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing, web development, and design services. As our services involve significant creative, technical, and manual effort, the following refund and cancellation policy applies.
1. Project Cancellation
Fixed-Scope Projects (Website, App Development, Branding)
- Cancellation within 24 hours of initial payment is eligible for a full refund, provided work has not commenced.
Ongoing Monthly Services (SEO, SMO, AD’S,)
- Clients may cancel by providing written notice at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle.
- Failure to provide timely notice will result in the next month’s fee being non-refundable.
Immediate Termination by Company
- I Prompt Solution reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to provide required inputs for over 30 days or breaches contractual terms.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
- Work-in-Progress: A proportional amount will be retained for man-hours and resources already utilized.
- Milestone Payments: Payments for approved milestones are non-refundable.
- Service Dissatisfaction: Revisions are allowed as per agreement; refunds due to change of mind after final delivery are not permitted.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following costs are strictly non-refundable:
- Domain registration or renewal fees
- Web hosting charges
- Premium plugins or software licenses
- Paid advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) already utilized
4. Project Delays & Abandonment
If a project is delayed by the client for more than 45 days without written notice, it will be considered abandoned. All payments made will be forfeited, and a restart fee may apply.
5. Cancellation or Refund Request Process
To initiate a request:
- Send a written request to ceo@ipromptsolution.com with the subject: Cancellation/Refund Request
- Mention the reason for the request
- Our billing team will review and respond within 7–10 business days
6. Settlement & Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or bank transfer. Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the bank.
