Any advance payment made for project initiation, ad budgets, or service retainers is non-refundable.
Clients are required to clear all outstanding dues before project completion.
If a client decides to discontinue the service after making a payment, no refund or credit will be provided.
In cases where a project is terminated due to a violation of company policies, unethical practices, or non-cooperation, the payment remains non-refundable.
Any changes or modifications in the project scope after payment may be subject to additional charges.
If a client requests changes after final approval, a new quotation will be provided, and prior payments will remain non-refundable.
Payments made for advertising budgets (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) are directly allocated to the respective platforms and are non-refundable by both the company and the ad platform.
Clients acknowledge that the performance of ads is subject to multiple factors, including market conditions, audience behavior, and competition, and refunds cannot be processed based on dissatisfaction with results.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, legal restrictions, or platform policy changes, payments remain non-refundable.
